Aug 12, 2025"Been renting from these folks for a few years now. Started out a bit rough -- had a few months without washer-dryer and some household repairs right after move-in. However, they've come a looong way! My last two maintenance requests were fixed within 24hrs! That might be a world record! Been communicating mostly with Austin or Emily -- they're great! And so is everybody over there in the Arvada office! I very highly recommend working with these folks; both renters and owners. You won't be disappointed."

They are very responsive to all my phone calls and emails and get it done. They are professional and clear in all their communications and take care of all the little details. If you are thinking about renting your property... do yourself a big favor and let them do it for you. They will take care of all of the details that you might not be thinking about, which can be the toughest part. Especially if you are new to the rental market. They will treat you right."

He got back to me that next Monday after confirming with my referrals and was able to get me in the following day for the signing for move in next Monday. The process was simple and easy going they are friendly in the office and professional. Was comfortable throughout the entire process he read over the documents with me and overall was just a very amazing guy. Would highly recommend viewing any of their properties for lease throughout the metro area."
