"The team at All County have been amazing to work with. We were first time renters in 2017 and after reviewing our income and reference’s they were willing to give us a chance. We rented the same home for 3 amazing years with zero issues. Even though Hurricane Irma and Covid there were willing to help any way they could! Fast forward to 2022 and the home we were renting was being sold. It was nearly impossible to find a home, let alone a management company that was going to be honest. I turned back to All County and saw they had a home for rent in my price range…. Sean and Jennifer immediately went to work to see how they could help us and… THEY PULLED THROUGH! They were more than happy to rent to us again even with a hurdle or two we had incurred during the pandemic. They have always done what’s right by their tenants and the owners of the properties they manage. They are very straight forward, honest, and professional. Also, they pride themselves on returning security deposit’s. They promptly returned our deposit after inspection of the first home we rented with them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Don’t rent or have your property managed anywhere else. These guys will take good care of you!"

"I avoid writing reviews unless absolutely necessary, but I absolutely had to share the level of appreciation I ended up having for All County, especially towards the end of my lease with them and say thank you thank you thank you!! I went from home ownership to having to rent, so I did not know what to expect in terms of communication and responsiveness if I had questions, how lease renewals were going to work, if maintenance were required, etc etc. I only had to contact them TWICE throughout the entire year - that's how smoothly everything was going. Unfortunately, the owner of the unit I was in made the decision to sell so they had to notify me of this and being a single mom and with how the housing market is now, I went into full panic mode. There was only one other place within my budget in the area to rent through a different company and unfortunately, to say that they were not the greatest would be an understatement. Throughout the last month of my lease with All County, not only did the staff at All County contact me immediately if they saw they had a unit coming available, but they were absolute angels with giving me a few extra days to move out because my other apartment wasn't ready, and the owner himself took time out of his day to listen to the situation I had found myself in, give me his advice, assist me in looking at other options and properties, etc. We are all so used to just being another name or number on a paper to a business/company, it is a relief to know that there are still ones that take the time to care. I cannot say thank you enough for the amount of stress they had relieved from me and all of their assistance!!!"

"After speaking with several people and meeting the owner, I decided to have this company manage my 3 properties in Fort Myers. I have now been with them for over a year and I could not be happier! They find great tenants who actually pay their rent. They also do any required or needed maintenance on my properties. Every time I call, everyone is very nice and if they do not have the answer right then, they always call me back with an answer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company. I use to be with another company, and this company is so much better."
