We have been thoroughly impressed with the services provided by them so far. Whole team was proactive in doing market research, creating detailed rent report for surrounding area, marketing the property, arranging showings, manage applications, do thorough background check and finalizing the tenants. Once the property is up for rent, Their operations team will keep you posted on showings and applications every Tuesday and Thursday. With their extra ordinary efforts upfront, we were able to secure the tenants within a month. Big thanks to Carmen, Timothy and Jenny. Very approachable team. Quick to respond. From the moment I signed up with them to list my rental property they displayed a level of professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability that truly set them apart. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were readily available to address it. One aspect that truly impressed me was their ability to pivot. Realestate can be very unpredictable, and Carmen and Timothy demonstrated incredible adaptability. I had signed up with them to list my rental and my tenant changed his mind and wanted more time to stay after giving me notice. I explained to Carmen that I would need to push back the date to when the tenant was ready, and they were both very flexible even though they had put in the time and effort and had gone live on the listing. You will not be disappointed using their services"

We have had multiple repair men come in and out to work on the same issue, but Cedric has been the one to address it with a solution. I would highly recommend finding a supervisor position that serves him well, as he is clear with explaining what the issue is and is determined to get it done. His demeanor is genuine when helping this company's clientele. The photos below showcases how he was able to patch up the rough work other maintenance crew left behind. He was able to fix a "pinhole" pressure issue in the pipes that was overlooked. He also patched and painted the ceilings, going above and beyond by making sure the finish was seamless. He even painted the rest of the ceiling in our kitchen to ensure there was no patchy paint look, which we had before."
