He was very responsive to all my texts, emails, answered all my annoying questions, concerns openly and honestly no matter what time of day. He worked hard to get the answers from the owner quickly if he was unable to answer them. As a prospective tenant, he did everything I would hope for... he dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. Anthony is top notch. Very patient and a true professional. There are some not so great rental management companies out there, but All County Expert Property in Cumming stands way above the rest."

We unfortunately had a water leak under our kitchen sink and our garbage disposal stopped working Christmas Day. Considering it was a holiday weekend I was hesitant to call but Jenny took my call right away and had a contractor out the following day, we were up and running by noon. This was our first maintenance call we have ever had. We love working with all county. If I was a property owner I would trust All county to manage my property."

I've recently moved out but I can honestly say that from the time I moved in to the time I moved out, this company has been grade A. Jenny is the face of the company as I know it. I'm sure I got on her nerves with many calls and check ups but from application going in to the move out process on the way out, they have been great! If you're ever in need of a rental, this is the place to go."
