From Lynn understanding my family and Is situation for rent and increases to them making sure all maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. They make sure a request is not left open and has followed up to make sure it has been taken care of. They make sure the leaves are taken care of in the driveway (Our townhomes have a steep driveway so it’s greatly appreciated) Myself and my girls are greatly appreciated that you all have been kind and understanding through these difficult times."

I remember Leia and Joel came to do a walkthrough and whenever the heat would chip on the boiler would make this loud sound that wasn’t pleasant , when Leia heard it, she asked what it was and I explained to her what was going on, but I did not get to put in a service request. She immediately told me not to worry and that she would gladly take care of it for me, she got someone out there to look at it to take care of it the following day. This made me feel so good that they actually cared, sometimes dealing with leasing agencies can become so transactional and not transformational, but this particular experience made me know that they actually do care about their tenants. There are plenty of other instances but this one stood out to me most."

I've definitely have had the misfortune of dealing with less then reputable property management companies in the past and working with Joel has been a breath of fresh air. They're extremely easy to reach via email or phone and often respond very quickly for any questions I may have. Particularly, I appreciate that everything is done within the modern age - paying rent online, I can retrieve a copy of my lease anytime, and there is even a web portal to submit maintenance requests with plenty of details and pictures. I hope it continues to be as amazing and professional as it is right now."

We had to get the kids notorized forms for school enrollment and I had to pull someone from the office to walk with me to find a notary to sign the forms and it was done same day with a bright spirit and they had no idea I was coming! Lol! Even the maintenance contractors are attentive and as our home is older, it comes with quirks, and maintenance has been easy and came out fast and we're polite and got it done timely and competently. I will probably be staying with them until we buy a home of our own."
