Hi, I’m Larry King, Jr., owner of All County® King Property Management. I bring more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning real estate, finance, audit, operations, and risk management.

As a longtime real estate owner, investor, and operator, I bring real-world experience across long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and multifamily investment settings. I understand property management from the owner’s perspective and know what matters most: protecting value, controlling risk, maintaining occupancy, preserving the condition of the asset, and supporting long-term returns.

What further strengthens that experience is my broader professional background in finance, audit, banking, capital markets, insurance, and financial guaranty environments, including leadership and audit roles with organizations such as TD Bank, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, USAA, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and CLS Bank. That background allows us to bring a higher level of discipline, accountability, and operational excellence to every aspect of property management.
