I run a renovation company with my uncle and we work with a hand full of rental agencies and they're all great but Bill at All county properties is hands down the most professional company that we do business with to date. He is fully hands on in every aspect of the business and doesn't skimp on anything that needs attention. He goes above and beyond to make sure the properties are 100% up to spec. Aug 26, 2022"I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. I certainly will look into expanding my RE portfolio in the coming months and years in OKC and will not think of anyone else for my PM needs. My experience has been very good so far and I will recommend Bill and his company for anyone who is looking for a good, honest PM in OKC area. They will take good care of you and your tenants"

They handle maintenance issues quickly, and most important at a fair price, with $0 mark up cost! If the maintenance issue is something serious, he will get a second and sometimes third estimate. They handle my tenants issues/complaints quickly and fairly, holding them accountable when it was caused due to their negligence. I TRUST Bill and his team to handle my rental properties as if they were his own. They have taken the headaches out of having rental properties and I would highly recommend them!
