They are great at communicating and keeping me working lol. Everyone I’ve met is very kind and professional. I’ve never had an issue with getting paid on time and I enjoy working with such stand up individuals. Mr Robert and Ms Tatiana have been absolutely wonderful to work with they are great with communicating very responsive and detailed on situations that we need to resolve I've never had any issue with them at all I look forward to working with them for years and years to come!"

May 13, 2025"I started working with All County Palmetto in Jan of 25’. I was using a local competitor that wasn’t following through as they had promised and looked for other management options. I quickly connected with Robert and felt immediately comfortable. His mindset in terms of pricing, knowing the market, communication and full transparency were keys to me going all in with them very quickly. I live in NY so couldn’t always be present (if ever) and him and his team helped me enormously with maintenance tasks within my unit and getting it prepped for rental. They were my boots on the ground. All County has always pushed the “We are a team” approach as they partner with me as an owner and I really like that. They are super flexible, easy going, do what they promise and communicate very well. I am looking forward to a continued successful partnership with them for many years to come and have come to trust them implicitly. I truly feel as if they have my best interests in mind and know they feel the same way for any tenants they help as well. Truly well run. One of the best in my opinion."

My experience with other PM companies is that property managers are reactive instead of proactive, and their communication drops off as they get worn down by the grind of the job... Not these guy! Aug 13, 2024"Started renting from All Country Palmetto Property Management in July of this year and the experience has been very positive! Robert is very quick to respond to any issues or concerns that pop up and he is very kind! We were very happy about their pet policy which allowed us to rent with our 3 dogs 2 of which are big and a lot of Property Management companies we considered would charge us an arm and a leg to do that. Our rental did need a little TLC but that was not a problem for Robert he has been nothing short of helpful, kind, quick and efficient. We are very satisfied with the support from this Property Management we have received and appreciate how friendly and efficient they are! Thank you!"
