Veteran Property Manager

Dave Theurer is the Owner/Broker of All County Peak Property Management, and is a veteran of the property management industry, as well as a seasoned investor in rental properties.  He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the Greater Chattanooga Realtors Association.  He is dedicated to serving your interest as property owners and helping you get the most out of your real estate investment.  He is also the Broker/Owner of the All County Property Management North Metro office serving investors in the North Atlanta region. 

Prior to entering the property management field,  Dave enjoyed a lengthy career in financial services with roles in product development, marketing, finance and business analysis. He enjoys building things - new products and services, and especially new client relationships.  In his spare time he loves kayaking, traveling and trying new restaurants!
