Their staff has been nothing but professional and have always been available to handle any and all request no matter how late or short notice they received the message. I would like to give Ms. Bettina (AKA Betty) a huge shout out as she has been a blessing during my PCS. She is always quick to respond and give excellent recommendations without persuading me in anyway. She is a perfect model for excellent customer service and should be recognized for it. I will continue to use their service as I doubt I will find another company that could compare to this group of professionals."

Because I had a great experience the first time with John Estrada, when I bought property to rent I came back and they didn't disappoint. They have great lines of communication with Betty, she helped me think outside the box on situations and keep me updated on prospects and payments on outstanding bills, they have contractors that are very reliable like Miguel and his wife as well as Michael who helped me on another project. John Estrada continues to provide me advice on rent amounts to charge and how long leases should be depending on the slow versus busy season. He continues to teach me a lot. I believe they are going to be important part of my business moving forward as I'm trying to grow my real estate portfolio!!!"

We operate from out of the country and Darren and his team have looked after two properties for a couple of years now. While their Web Access program could do with a more user friendly data presentation, it does provide the basic data I need for my accounts. We liked Darren's team so much we gave them the job of selling the houses as we wound up that part of our business. I would recommend All County Alamo to anyone purchasing property near San Antonio, especially if they were from out of state!"

I had some reservation about leasing my property as opposed to selling after my move. Had I known All County Alamo was going to make it this easy, I wouldn't have thought twice.
