As a renter of a high end property managed by All County Property Management, it has been a great experience overall. All County is great and has really taken customer service to the next level. They have gone through some growing pains in recent years but have definitely made it to a place of great serve, attention to property issues, and very nice and knowledgable staff to work with. I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. I certainly will look into expanding my RE portfolio in the coming months and years in OKC and will not think of anyone else for my PM needs. As an out of state investor, it can be difficult to leave my rental properties to someone I trust. I can honestly say they have done an excellent and professional job since taking over my previous nightmare of a management company. I originally found them because i was using their company for another one of my rental properties. The owner is very transparent and quick to respond, I wish them all the success and wishes for the future.

About three weeks ago my husband and I got orders to relocate, he's in the military. We signed on with All County to rent out our home and All County leased the property in less than 2 weeks! We love All County and recommend them if you are looking to rent out your home!
