Welcome to All County Summit Property Management. Our journey into property management began with a shared belief that both homeowners and tenants deserve respect, clarity, and care. After selling our home in Scottsdale, we spent nearly a decade as tenants in both Seattle and Denver, and later took a year-long journey across North America, living in over a dozen rental homes. That experience gave us firsthand insight into what makes a rental feel like home, and what can make it feel like anything but.

We understand the ups and downs of managing property because we’ve lived it from multiple perspectives, including as homeowners, renters, investors, and business owners. That’s why we chose to launch All County Summit: to provide the kind of dependable, thoughtful service we wished for during our own rental experiences.

Our backgrounds reflect our commitment to excellence and service. David brings a career built in leadership, operations, and strategic planning across major consumer brands and emerging companies. Monica is a doctorally-prepared midwife with a deep commitment to community, care, and advocacy. These are values she brings to our business every day.
