I moved into a property they manage during a hurricane, by myself. They were SO helpful, encouraging, and supportive. No one ever likes moving and its always stressful. But having this team in my corner, always answering emails, responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner, and making the process so smooth was justification enough that I made a perfect choice of moving and having them as my team. The vendors that they use to handle maintenance issues have been nothing but kind, respectful, and quick. They cleaned up after themselves, wiped their feet at the door, and arrived ON TIME. As long as this level of service from vendors and the All County Premier team continues, I will be EXTREMELY happy for many years to come in my new home. "Quick to fix maintance issues even when it’s a non emergency. I put in the request online received an email back stating it was received by the property manager than within 24 hours I received a call from the maintance gentleman they hired. He was super nice accommodating to our schedule and did great work. The property management company even followed up to make sure work was completed and done properly."

"We are a tenant and the experience has been great from the start. Quick and smooth, despite all my questions! Even with the hurricane, they still had someone come in quickly to change the lock when we moved in. The website is easy to use once you take a look at it. They have all the paperwork and details ready to go and they didn't give me a hard time for having missed some of the details from the emails. Bridgette in particular is quick at responding to all our questions. I would definetely recommend this team to future renters. More time has gone by and we had a leaky sink in the kitchen from the garbage disposer. I entered my complaint late Friday evening and by Sunday their handyman already contacted me to set up a time to fix the issue. The handyman seemed very honest and helpful and took care of the problem quickly. I was very happy."

"Rented with All County for two-years, and about to sign for our third. Customer Service has always been top-notch. The few times we have needed repairs they have been done very professionally, though sometimes a little slow due to contractor schedules. Anything that was important though (like our stove going out) was done within 24 hours of reporting it. Everyone at the office is friendly, and always ready and willing to help. All in all, excellent experience. And to be clear - Not an employee, and not a family member of anyone that works there."

"I've dealt with a few property management companies in the past and All County has by far the best response time for service issues. We had a leak in one of the bathrooms and they sent someone out the same day. They were also were fairly flexible when I had to break my lease early. They charged a leasing fee for it but it was reasonable and was detailed in the agreement. Overall, great group to rent from. Bridgette was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you!!"
