Jan 14, 2026"We had been looking for an affordable place to live as the apartment we were living had increase the rent to almost $2000/month for a small 2 bedroom unit. In this time of rising prices we were having issues of no money for food and gas as my husband is looking for work. One afternoon I was reading an article that mentioned All County Property Management and it changed our life for the better. We found a great new place literally around the corner only 1 mile away. We found the property on the 7th of the month and we are moving on the 14th. All County polk has been great through this time they. They worked so hard to get us approved quickly They are Awesome!!! They even provided a service to help get the utilities transfered to our new place. May God bless this outstanding group of Angels. I recommend them highly! If your looking in Polk for a good place to live. I recommend All County Property Management! They are fantastic!!!"

Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and the staff genuinely care about residents’ comfort. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially love the back patio Parking is easy, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. Overall, 1000 Roses feels safe, comfortable, and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live!"
Nov 3, 2025"I rented with ACP for 4 years before the opportunity arose for me to buy my first house. In those 4 years I never had a complaint. The application process was simple. Getting a key and moving in was simple. ACP has streamlined the process so much, I honestly don’t think there is a simpler way to rent. The owner of the property cared about his property so everyone from ACP to the owner was quick to respond and resolve. ACP has the best staff members of any organization I have rented from. I spent about 20 years of my life in a rental, until ACP I never stayed in one longer than 2 years. It was also the first rental I ever stayed in that gave me my security deposit back. If I could give them a 10 star review I would!!!"

I really like the fact that the application and lease signing is all online so I did not have to take additional time off work to handle it during their business hours. Their business hours are Mon-Fri 9-5, so if you have a scheduled viewing outside of that time and have an issue with the key box there is no one to assist you."

We called them and they jumped right on it and making sure it gets taken care of right away. Also, I checking out the dryer vent before we used it, and we I saw that it was full and a potential fire hazard, it was never cleaned out after last tenant. Thankfully it's an easy fix, I'm glad I checked 1st."

The process was easy and pretty much pain free, they have been very open to communicate with us about some of the issues we found in our home after moving in. We love our new home, it's cozy and very much the perfect for for my husband and I. The viewing of the home was super great, and a very easy process, and even them reaching out to help us with out next steps towards renting the home. Everyone was so welcoming and so kind towards us. I had put out a few applications, but All County Polk was swift, punctual and down to business. The application process required important documentation which I easily uploaded to their site and it was less than 48hrs when I heard back that I was approved. With in 5 days I was signing my lease and getting my keys. Thank All County Polk Leasing team for making this process easy and hassle free."
