Aug 13, 2023"Deniece is an excellent property manager to work with as a renter. She communicates clearly and made the application process easy and fast. While in person discussing rental terms she answered all of our questions with a friendly demeanor and made us feel like we were in good hands. Maintenance requests could be handled with better communication, ie it would be helpful to receive a notification when some action is taken on a maintenance request, but requests in general are handled in a timely manner. Overall my family is very satisfied with All County Marion and feel secure renting with them. I like knowing that the office is local and management knows the area well."

Immediately we felt relief that he would be interacting with our tenants instead of us in our behest. He is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, yet firm and strong. We are happy and lucky to be able to have him represent us. In our future, we will be listing our house with him for sale also since we know his dedication and commitment to his customers is unyielding. Jim is a great asset for anyone in need of services with their properties/land. I recommend him strongly!"

Aug 13, 2017"I met Frank Green quite a few times while renting with All County for the 2.5 years I was living there. He was an excellent business man and really knows how to please his customers. On top of all that, he really CARES about the people. Not only did I love renting through all county, but I'm already missing them dearly compared to the people I've encountered now while I'm house hunting in another City. It seems as though most companies just want you in and out of there building so they can go on with the next deal. Others tent to sugar coat and try to take all the money you have when it comes to first, last and security deposit. I spoke with Patrick the few times I contacted them and he always knew exactly who I was. To me, that's already impressive. To know a company cares and to feel acknowledged was one of the best rewards I received from them. They have great rentals, even better prices, (coming from someone who just works at a McDonald's Manager I got to live in a beautiful house with a nice backyard and garage) and very welcoming people working there. If I could have stayed I would have, that's for sure. 5 stars for them!"
