I needed a lot of help to manage my mother's home (I live 3k miles away from the home) and she stepped in and took control of the situation with unfailing professionalism, patience, and hard work. I have worked with other property managers in the past, but Maritza outperformed them all. She is friendly, detail-oriented, and has great integrity. She was quickly available to me whenever I had a question or concern. One of the qualities I really appreciate about Maritza, aside from her warm, upbeat personality, is that she has a network of other professionals, including home inspectors she referred me to, Action Home Inspection, and the outstandingly responsive insurance agent, Spencer Seay at Goosehead Insurance. The old saying that you can judge a person by the company they keep holds true in this case. I looked at 12 companies before choosing them…their military rate made them standout initially. I had to rebuild my house and they offered great advice on which flooring, paint colors, and fixtures to use. They inspected my property several times to appraise it, take marketing pictures, and to ensure the GC fixed various construction problems. They quickly found good tenants and got me a higher-than-expected rent rate. Diamond has been as good as their name providing valuable, friendly, and professional service…I highly recommend them!"

He signed a lease with us knowing he was in trouble, knowing he was going to sell the home, with the sole intention of taking our money to ease his financial woes. Oh! And it’s Christmas time, too! I came to Maritza and Katelyn completely shattered- ashamed and in crisis. They literally rushed to my aide, and we got a place that is absolutely perfect for us, for less money than we were already paying, and we will be in there before the new year.
