When I first moved to go to my wife, I had a lot of fear, I was a First time homeowner and knew nothing about renting a home while away from FL. All County First Choice not only fulfilled their role in helping us to find tenants, but also assisted us with various circumstances in helping us maintain and our preserve our property while away. The fear and struggle of maintaing our property while my wife served and while I worked in different duty locations were lifted off of me thanks to All County First Choice supporting us in our mission to protect our nation. Communication is great, the contract with them doesn't have any entrapments that force you to keep working with them if you want to stop service like some do. And most importantly, they find you tenants quickly! Found tenants for 2 of my properties that were vacant very quickly. You really can't go wrong with choosing them."

Vicky is very nice and extremely attentive to her tenants concerns as well as needs. The house sits in front of a factory so there's multiple ppl smoking cigarettes not to mention my neighbor to the left of me sits in his backyard and smokes cigarettes which last I checked they have every right to but it doesn't bother me everyone is respectful and friendly. I've had no issues with the company itself they do a wonderful job, and it's truly been a pleasure renting from them. I'm especially pleased with the level of professionalism that Ms.Vicky displays at all times it is truly a pleasure being able to rent a home from this company."

She knew I was looking for a place and thought it would be cool if I moved there, too, so she gave me the contact details. The next day I called and by the end of the month we were neighbors and proud tenants of All County First Choice Property Management! I've now been here for several years and I still love the place. My colleague married her boyfriend and they moved up north somewhere. Back then she recommended All County to me and now I recommend All County to anyone that asks. The All County staff are a really great group. They are all so friendly and I've always been treated with kindness and respect."

I viewed a property online here at All County First Choice and set up a viewing but honestly I was exhausted and had very low expectations. Then I called and got Angela on the phone and EVERYTHING changed! She was so patient and even though I could hear that she was slammed she took her time and was very patient with me. This company also exceeded my expectations by being on time and so nice! I have not meet NICE people in this industry at all. I wish I knew them all. I have not passed their background check yet but feel certain I will. If you are looking for help call these people! They are amazingly nice and so very helpful!! I promise."

I live in NY and sometimes I forget I even have a property in FL because they take such great care of everything for me. During hurricanes Irma and Maria Allcounty sent out prompt pro active updates and quickly had my property assessed post storm. Anytime there is an issue they are quick to respond and quicker to resolve issues, most of the time I don’t even have to get involved and they just let me know something needed to be addressed and that it was done. I highly recommend them if you have a property you need managed."

I was nervous about getting a property management company because you hear so many horror stories...horrific tenants, unresponsive requests, rude behavior...you name it. However, everyone I have worked with has been exceptionally responsive. Sarah has been the one I most email with, and she is spectacular. I like how she will send updates out of the blue - even when I wasn't expecting it. If she says she is going to do something, she does it. A simple thing, but others can learn from that. I want to also say that Amber, Sally (thanks for the on-time disbursements!), Mike and Shannon have all been fantastic as well. So much so, that I plan on buying and adding some more properties. They found great tenants (um...they planted flowers out front and made it look nice...who does that?) - and my neighbors have been happy, too. :) Also, I will mention that I currently live out of state. That was another factor that concerned me when looking at reviews. I thought I'd mention it."

We purchased our investment property in December of 2016 and in a few short months All County found renters for us. They are a top notch, professional firm who know the rental market, advertises your property on many websites, and thoroughly screen potential lessees so you’re assured of a sound tenant. They are well versed in working with condo associations and association property managers which has helped to ease our transition into this market. Shannon Lutz, who is our direct contact, has gone way beyond the call of duty when she assisted us in packing up our fully furnished condo since we are remote owners and couldn’t be there to do it ourselves. We can’t say enough about Shannon. We have called on All County several times and without a moment’s hesitation they have responded to our request or agreed to meet with us in person. The staff is friendly and personable. The owner, Mike Ovitt has called us directly to discuss rental matters, which we feel is a real plus. It’s like having friends in the business. John Spritzer"

He was great and offered multiple choices to correct the issue. I was very pleased with him reaching out to me and providing a fix to the problem. I have to say that this was a great way to show how he cares about his business and how he deals with customers and potential future tenets. I like how he stepped up to the plate and didn't make excuses and offered different ways to make it up. It was also great how his staff also followed up with me to see how things were going and if there was anything more that they could do. I would like to also acknowledge Shannon for the assistance that she provided as well. This has changed my opinion with possibly working with this company in the future. Thank you both. _____________________________________________________________________ Had a showing scheduled for 11am on Saturday December 17th, 2016, received email confirmation at 9am as a "friendly reminder" and waited at the property from 10:50am till 11:45am only for no one to show up. They don't have a contact number for you to call and follow up to see if the agent is running late or to talk with anyone. Find it very unprofessional."

My wife researched the web and called All County, and they returned the call right away. We were treated respectfully and professionally for the entire year that we utilized their services. We had renters that almost were evicted, and was not an easy case to manage, but All County did a wonderful job staying on top of the difficult situation and helping us.
