The’ve managed my properties for going on 10 years now, and have proven recently just how valuable of an asset they are!! I’m usually only in Brevard County over the holidays, so needless to say when I’m on the other side of Spaceship Earth, it’s comforting and reassuring to know your assets are being watched over and managed as you’d like. With the current COVID nightmare everybody’s had to deal, people out of work, struggling, unable to pay bills and rent, it’s been stressful for everyone. This review is driven to showcase one of their outstanding employees, Darryl Gichia-Broussard who navigated the sometime painful job of working with people unable to pay their rent, and being the go between tenant and owners, (absent owner in my case) as tenants were seeking help from the numerous rental assistance agencies due do the COVID nightmare. Darryl kept me informed promptly of all aspects as the process progressed, slowed down, sped up, stopped, and resumed once again. With that said, I have the highest regard for Darryl, and the entire staff of All County Property Management, and highly recommend them to handle all your property management needs. Aug 13, 2020"Mixed bag. Generally I was satisfied with the response time whenever a maintenance issue came up. Our AC went out twice and a technician was promptly sent over. However I caution you to review the lease with a fine tooth comb. I was responsible for having to put shutters on the property during a hurricane threat. This was extremely stressful as I had just purchased a property and had to tend to that as well."

Aug 13, 2019"I would just like to thank the management and staff at All County Preferred Property Management for the wonderful job they conducted while managing my property and also assisting in the sell of it. They managed my property for 7 years. Initially we tried to rent it out ourselves from out of state to a person whom we had knew. Well that did not work out as the tenant decided to vacate without notice and left our property distressed. We contacted All County Preferred and after some discussions about what in their estimation was needed to get the home ready to rent and how they could help, we decided to go with them. Darryl and his team always recommended the best and affordable contractors/handymen to take care of the needs of our home. We stressed to them that we did not want the tenants to be inconvenienced for a long period of time during any repairs or upkeep that was needed. They listened and more importantly, they held to my request and all issues where handled properly kept the tenants happy. As an owner living out of state I truly did not have any concerns with the property management they provided. Owners statements were made available monthly and also anytime through their online portal. The quality of service was even better in between tenants as they worked for us to get the property ready for new ones. I can honestly say that our home May have been without a tenant for three months of the seven years that they managed it. All County even assisted in the selling of our property to the tenants at that time. I’d often mention to Darryl that if I where to sell the home I would like to offer it to the tenants first. Well that theory worked as we just completed the sell of the home last week. If you are looking for a property management team that will take care of your home as though it was their own, look no further and speak to All County Preferred Property Management. They will take care of you and your property. Thank you again Darryl and the All County Preferred Team."

I've been using them for about four years now, and they have always been excellent on communication, and always quick to resolve any issues. They have even given my advice on how to deal with my Tallahassee properties - if they had an office there I would hand my business to them on a plate. They are pleasant to deal with and have made my investments entirely stress free. Long may they continue to show other management companies how it's done."
