If I ever have any sort of issue, or question I am able to reach out, send an email, and Foxworth is always prompt with his replies. He is very detailed and clear when answering my questions and helpful when addressing any issue. The entire team is very helpful, and kind, I have always felt like a priority when reaching out for assistance. There are a lot of property management companies in Sarasota, but not so many that take the time to get to know and understand each of their clients and renters. If you're looking for a place, you should definitely contact All County Pros."

Aug 27, 2024"Update Aug 2023: I woke up to water backing up into our tubs and toilets on a Saturday. I called Foxworth and he contacted Southern Sanitary immediately, they arrived quickly and had the septic tank pumped within an hour - on a weekend! Knowing I can rely on our property manager to respond to and resolve problems so quickly takes a lot of stress off of me as a renter. Update 2023: I am renting a second property managed by All County Property Management Pros. They are easy to reach, quickly responsive, and very organized. Issues are addressed quickly. In 2021 when the market was experiencing remarkable changes resulting in very low inventory, Foxworth found me the perfect house to fit my needs literally within minutes of my first call to him and I had secured a lease on this property within a day. He was already familiar with me from a property I had leased from him 2 years prior. Even though the housing prices have gone up, I am very thankful to enjoy this kind of business relationship with a property management company. 2016: I just moved into a property managed by All County property Management. Melisa Jackson and the staff at their office were very professional in the way they handled the application process and respond quickly to inquiries."

As with any home, issues arise that require the attention of the homeowner or his representative. All County has met every request that we've made with professionalism and efficiency. One major issue was the loss of the refrigerator coming at nearly the same time as the arrival of a Hurricane. A replacement was purchased and delivered in the shortest possible timeframe. Other issues have been dealt with in an equally proficient manner. We are grateful to the All County staff for their service."

Aug 27, 2022"I have rented for 5 years with All County. I owned my home in NY for 40 years. I came to Florida 12 years ago to be a Director of Religious Ed for almost 10 years. I am a professional, retired educator from NY so, trust me when I say I look at everything with a critical eye. While I never actually met the landlord, he was kind to let me rent for 5 years until this August when he decided to sell. Nicole Bell was a wonderful negotiator so my rent was not raised the last 3 years. I have only compliments for Foxworth and the entire team. They are efficient, competent and a 5 star business. Theirs cannot be an easy job. My place was not cleaned when I moved in so, I cleaned it. I was charged $500 to clean AC coils the first year that was due to prior tenant or absentee neglect. Not me but I paid it. No, I am not rich. I am a 72 year old female senior on a fixed income! There are injustices in life. My family always taught me to take the high road. I respected the property and left it in better condition than what I fiound it. You have to wake up every day and consciously decide to live your life above the nedian. I choose to live my life with winners, not whiners!! If I need to vent, I have no hesitation in going dirrctly to the source, not on social media. Find someone to inspire you and then pay it forward!! No one drives their car by only looking in the rear view mirror!! Push forward!!"

It quickly became apparent that ACP were true professionals. Nicole Bell took care of us from the minute they took over our lease until a month or so after we moved out (after purchasing our first home.) She was always incredibly professional and prompt in her correspondences with us, but most importantly for us, after being treated awfully (through absolutely no fault of our own) by our previous landlord, she was nice. Imagine that--a nice landlord! We were skeptical they existed. Nicole proved us wrong. A good property manager is worth their weight in gold and will make up for every penny you spend on fees. Foxworth and the team at All County Property Management Pros excel to the point that they are a value added management company. Having properties in many areas and states I have had good and bad managers. Foxworth is smart; he knows the business, the neighbourhoods, and market. He looks out for your best interest and shares knowledge and advice. As you add to your portfolio he will help you assess potential rents and problems before you make the buy. His maintenance/remodel connections are great and affordable. The AC maintenance program Foxworth created will save a ton of money in the long run. While others wanted me to replace my AC, Foxworth found a guy who simply replaced a circuit board – good as new! The website alone is a motivation to go with Foxworth. The website contains many valuable tools, for example owners can obtain statements 24/7, get forms and info, even make an online contribution to your account if you want major work done. Foxworth is not only savvy; he is energetic and gets things done quickly. He had renters moving in before I could get started on the tile floors! All County Property Management Pros is part of the reason I want to continue to invest in Sarasota!"

A first time landlord, I initially made the mistake of hiring another team. The team I chose owned their own handyman and pool service. After I objected to quotes more than triple the cost of average service, they quit responding to my phone calls and emails and even quit “showing” the home, presenting an ongoing list of unreasonable demands when the home was in excellent condition with new EVERYTHING from kitchen to pavers to paint to pool equipment. By this time, I was in another city and at my wit’s end. After researching All County Pros, I called Foxworth with my sad story. I was so assured by his professionalism and confidence that I had the locks changed and put my faith in All County Pros immediately. Incredibly, my home was rented within two hours . . . and for more than my asking price. The sailing has been smooth ever since. Foxworth is my new hero and I heartily recommend ACP!"

I continue to renew my lease each period (going on 3 years) because they are so customer/renter focused. They really do make sure that any issues or situations that come up are resolved in a timely manner (usually next day!). They also make certain that they maintain constant communication with renters, which is another incentive to continue to renew my lease.
