"So there were just a couple things that were a little frustrating when dealing with All County. Mostly the maintenance tickets and the scheduling of them. However, Amy Cruz was great and easy to work with and the office staff was always very responsive. The portal was very easy to use and they were very quick with getting us approved. Im not sure about other agents, but if you use all county I would try going with Amy Cruz as she really tried to work with us for everything we requested."

"There are a lot of good things I can say about Amy, my property manager, but a couple I want to mention here are her care for my investment property and her diligence and patience in answering all my questions. It isn't too long since Amy took over the management of my property but we went through repairs, delinquencies and even eviction. Each time, Amy resolved all issues to my great satisfaction. I know it is not easy to resolve issues like delinquency but Amy demonstrated she had the skills and professionalism to handle situations like this. In all these events, Amy was very patient in answering my questions and keeping me up-to-date. She diligently looked into each issue including items in the monthly statement and provided me with detailed answers. There are many other good qualities that makes Amy a great property manager, such as quick responses and courtesy. Suffice to say I feel relief that my property is managed by a great professional."

"Yarmmys Vargas was an excellent property manager. I was a tenant of four years. I have a background in real estate, and that has made my view of how ALLCountyCFL, and Yarmmys specifically, operate that much greater. A balance between pragmatism and concern for both myself and the property as a whole has led to an enjoyable experience in renting, even when situations become complex. When the lawn men shot a pebble into a house window, it was fixed promptly. When the AC leaked into the floor, a tech was sent out the same day. Same for the garbage disposal . . . a pin-hole in the sink faucet, even from the first day when the shower knob snapped off (galvanically corroded). I'd recommend them again. I would recommend Yarmmys again."

"Our only regret in leasing our property through All County is that we did not do it much sooner. Kathi has done a great job with the repairs and issues that come up. The annual and interim inspections keep us up to date on how well the property is being kept up, and Kathi is quick to respond to any questions we may have. Having terminated our last property management company after a miserable experience with sub par repairs, lousy communication and a property that had deteriorated with bad tenants, we took the property completely off the market to get it back in shape and took the time to do our homework in finding a new property manager. Kathi had it rented within a few weeks and the last year has been great. The portal and income/expense reporting are extremely helpful at tax time. I would highly recommend All County."
