He is hard working, he advocates for my best interests as landlord, he is responsive, quick to solve problems, and he is compassionate to our tenants. Simply put, he is the best. If only we could clone him."

I had nightmare tenants that I tried to evict with my old property managers who pretty much just kept taking my money and not getting any results. All County, especially Steve, was beyond helpful with taking over and getting the old tenants out. They filled my property very quickly and have been a godsend. Jaclyn and Laureen in the office are on top of everything and any time I have a questions they respond asap. I really appreciate everything and have no more stress or headaches about my rental.
