There were some unexpected hurdles that ACSSPM were not contractually obligated to perform however they were completed without any push back. I can't imagine any other company in the area would do the same."

I explained everything and they jumped into a very difficult situation and handled it in a manner that was beyond my expectations, and they have been living up to that standard ever since."

Aug 13, 2017"It was such a pleasure working with Dawn & Meghan. I needed someone to help me rent my townhouse in Myrtle Beach as soon as possible. From the first few minutes I talked to Dawn, I felt confident she was going to help me. I signed the Lease Agreement with her within an hour. Dawn went above & beyond what our signed lease specified. She hired a cleaning company for me to do a detailed cleaning of the townhouse. When she wasn't happy with the work they did, she had them re-clean it with no extra charge to me. Within less then 2 weeks, she found me a great family to rent my place & she got me a better monthly payment than I originally expected. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY WITH NO HESITATION REFER DAWN TO EVERYONE.
