They always respond to my emails and solve problems so quickly. Most importantly, they rent out my properties on time and keep them in good shape."

Aug 16, 2024"They're not a bad company for rentals but they do charge upwards of $30 for a "Resident's Benefit Package" which is annoying considering the lack of benefits it seems to offer. We've also only filled out one maintenance request but it took quite awhile for someone to respond, not sure if that has gotten better. Overall we like the property though and they are pretty easy to work with."

They were very helpful with changing our inspection date and getting a hold of a serviceman when needed.
