I submitted a ticket because our washing machine wasn't fully draining and my sink sprayer was leaking. The maintenance was out the very next day and immediately replaced my leaking sprayer and was able to replace our washing machine the day after that.

I met with All County Palmetto and they really work well as a team. They answered all my questions and are able to get my property up and running quickly and I like how everything is automated!

As an out of state investor, it can be difficult to leave my rental properties to someone I trust. I can honestly say they have done an excellent and professional job since taking over my previous nightmare of a management company.
