Aug 16, 2024"They're not a bad company for rentals but they do charge upwards of $30 for a "Resident's Benefit Package" which is annoying considering the lack of benefits it seems to offer. We've also only filled out one maintenance request but it took quite awhile for someone to respond, not sure if that has gotten better. Overall we like the property though and they are pretty easy to work with."

And the property was very clean and in good shape, with no pests. Their rates are OK~, but not a bargain. But I was happy with my 6 month lease. Tip: If the heater is on when you move in, DO NOT turn it off and ask the management team first, before you change temperature (even in the summer)."

They always did answer my questions within a timely manner, but I am giving them 4-stars because I always had to a leave a voicemail any time a question did arise. This maybe a personal preference, but I would prefer if I could talk to someone if I was calling during normal business hours. Otherwise, they were all very kind and generous people and I would recommend them if you are planning on renting within the area."

They have kept open communication with me and informed me about things with the property. I think they are fair with the tenants and the property owners as a whole. They try to be fair between both parties. Tom and his staff has been responsive to both tenants in my rental as well as to myself as an owner. It would be nice if all tenants would treat the property as if it were there own home. Abide by the request of the home owner especially when the home is well taken care of for people to move right in."
