Most of the places we applied for had no further communication with the applicants after application fees were paid ectara. So we saw this location and it checked off all of the boxes, the I submitted a request to view the property and got a quick response and time, an agent was onsite answered all questions and concerns and personally followed up before we applied. (Thanks Rob). Once we decided to apply we had a few challenges to overcome (technically) and the people at All County Portfolio were there to assist. They made the application process simple and any problems or questions we had got answered, unlike a quite a few places that wouldn’t even answer the phone. Location is incredible with restaurants, bars, Blue Jackets and the park just outside our door. Shout out to Rob who has been so attentive with getting our tour setup, paperwork and any maintenance done so quickly! Highly recommend."
