I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. I certainly will look into expanding my RE portfolio in the coming months and years in OKC and will not think of anyone else for my PM needs. Amazing management company! This is the first time I've ever rented, and because of this company, will not be last. I continue to renew my lease each period (going on 3 years) because they are so customer/renter focused. They really do make sure that any issues or situations that come up are resolved in a timely manner (usually next day!). They also make certain that they maintain constant communication with renters, which is another incentive to continue to renew my lease. They are exceptionally reliable and always so friendly and understanding in any situation. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is interested in renting.

All County is an Outstanding company. They recently took over an account and realized the tenant was being under-charged for over three years. They raised the rent by over $400 and were able to convince the renters that they had been paying less than market value. Also, worked with us on a day-to-day basis to provide updates regarding communication with tenants. I would recommend this company to anyone.
