As an out of state investor, it can be difficult to leave my rental properties to someone I trust. I can honestly say they have done an excellent and professional job since taking over my previous nightmare of a management company. I originally found them because i was using their company for another one of my rental properties. All County has managed our rental property for over 4 years. They always keep us (the owner) and tenant informed. They handle as much or as little as you want from a maintenance standpoint, but over time we have elected for them to take care of our property. They understand the business and manage it well. As a renter of a high end property managed by All County Property Management, it has been a great experience overall. All County is great and has really taken customer service to the next level. They have gone through some growing pains in recent years but have definitely made it to a place of great serve, attention to property issues, and very nice and knowledgable staff to work with. I have recommended All County Property Management to friends with properties to manage and will continue to suggest them for friends renting as well.
