Meet your property manager Reuben:

Reuben Attah was born in Stuttgart, Germany and raised in Newport News, Virginia. He grew up in a loving household with his parents, and two sisters. His mother is presently his best friend and inspiration. Unfortunately, Reuben’s father passed away while he was in Navy bootcamp in August of 1997, but had a deep impact on Reuben’s character and life as a whole. Reuben has three children, and two grandchildren. Most of Reuben’s interests involve water-sports and travel.

He enjoys jet skiing, kayaking andimmersing himself in different cultures as he travels around the world. He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies as well as Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Reuben initially enlisted in the U.S. Navy in July 1997. Due to his diligence and preparation, he was accepted into Officer Candidate School in Newport RI in 2009. Resultingly, he received his commission as a naval officer and served two division officer tours (USS San Jacinto & USS Denver), one three-star staff tour (COMSEVENTHFLT), two department head tours (USS McFaul & USS McCampbell), and his most recent tour as the Lead Operations Safety Officer at the Naval Safety Command.

As a commissioned officer, he earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies and his Joint Professional Military Education (JPME 1) from the US Naval War College in Newport, RI. He was also awarded an Advanced Qualification Designator as a result of his contribution and participation in the Vice Admiral Samuel L. Gravely Naval Warfare Research Group. During his time as division officer, staff officer and department head, Reuben served on two deployments and multiple East China Sea and South China Sea freedom of navigation patrols, equating to 50 months at sea, heavily involved in tactical and strategic operations on our nation’s behalf. Reuben's military awards include the Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), the Navy Achievement Medal (three awards), and various unit and service awards.

He honorably retired from Naval service as a Lieutenant Commander in October 2023 and is now an All-County Property Management Franchise owner. His office is named All County Ranch Property Management, operating out of the San Antonio Hill Country area.
