I have been with All County about one year now. They have been a breath of fresh air compared with my last property management company. They handle maintenance issues quickly, and most important at a fair price, with $0 mark up cost! If the maintenance issue is something serious, he will get a second and sometimes third estimate. They handle my tenants issues/complaints quickly and fairly, holding them accountable when it was caused due to their negligence. I TRUST Bill and his team to handle my rental properties as if they were his own. They have taken the headaches out of having rental properties and I would highly recommend them! As a first-time owner of a rental, I was very pleased with how friendly the staff was and how detailed were they when explaining all the details of the rental process for owners. The process was very smooth for me and they took care of a lot of stuff I would not be able to take care if I were leasing the house myself.
