They raised the rent by over $400 and were able to convince the renters that they had been paying less than market value. Good management companies are definitely worth the money, and we've been very happy with All County Property Management. Every time I call, I'm quickly connected to a friendly member of the All County team who either answers my questions, or gets back to me, usually the same day. Previous management companies I've used never answered emails. All County always responds though. Thank you All County for such a wonderful experience.
