I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. I certainly will look into expanding my RE portfolio in the coming months and years in OKC and will not think of anyone else for my PM needs. After a bad storm I was worried about taking care of the damage to the house, even though it wasn't too bad. All County helped facilitate getting everything looked at and the damage resolved. I'm out of state and sometimes travel out of country so it is reassuring to have a professional help with the unit, even when there is not a major problem.
