Our questions were always answered right away and there was never a schedule conflict for property viewings. Communication was excellent. The selection of magnificent properties combined with the knowledgeable and amenable team makes working with Laura and Jon a pleasure. Signing was such a breeze, the most stressful part was having to meet the movers on time! Thank you again!"

Raymond helped me alot with trouble shooting property issues such my problem with rain water pooling to the garage which he help me fix and solve within budget and mediating with my tenants when issues arise. Super grateful to Raymand Carla and rhe whole team!"
Sep 13, 2024"How do I start this, I’m sadden , I’m heart broken! I had to give this a lot of thought and a lot of prayer ! But I have to let others know so that they are ready ! So don’t make yourself at home and don’t fall in love ! I’ve lived here for a year was never late in my rent, took care of the home and my kids and I fell in love with the area and St Pete in general! We were given the news that the owner wants to sale the home so All county gave me a letter stating that we have to move ! I wasn’t given enough time to save up or a 3 month notice at all! With how expensive things are right now n how hard it is to find a home in the same area so that I don’t loose my job and my daughter is graduating this year is just the worst experience and thought ever ! This has put so much pressure and stress n depression on us!! We have to completely change our lives now! So please if your considering renting from this company ask 1,0000 questions about the owners and home because you won’t be given enough time or options at all!! 🥹 heart broken 💔"
