May 31, 2016"WARNING! RENTERS BEWARE!CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY OR RISK YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY. I am a doctoral student at USF and rented a condominium from Maura at All County Tampa Bay. During the 11 months I rented the condo the ceiling majorly flooded, the toilet flooded down into the bottom unit, and the ac has been broken down for over 27 days without repair, and the roof was being "replaced" for over three months with workers starting at 8am everymorning. On top of this when i moved in the ac did not work and the repair man said it needed to be replaced. Maura lied to me telling me it was fine when there was a giant leak in the unit that i had been paying to run on full blast to compensate for the leak. i was told on multiple occasions that a a/c new unit would be put in over months and months but never was. When it finally became a serious health situation as temperatures reached 95 degrees they "agreed" to replace it but when the day came for the unit to be replaced i got a mysterious phone call from the company saying that all county tampa bay canceled the standing appointed which i had taken off of work from. They have not returned my phone calls over the course of the months as promised and the unit is heavily water damaged and gets to 95 degrees, even at night. I am forced to move as the condo is dangerously hot and mold from the flooding is a concern."
